Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Joboz. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. We tried to keep them short and clear.
The service
Joboz collects open remote job postings from public sources, helps you save them, and helps you write a resume and short letters to companies. You can use Joboz for free; the paid plans (Pro, and Group for several professions) add a search for any profession, every job and more features, including the Joboz agent. We are not an employer or a recruiting agency, and we are not connected to the companies whose jobs we show.
Your account
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your resume and applications
You are responsible for what you put in your profile and resume and for what you send to companies. Everything must be true. Resume text and letters made with Joboz are drafts: read and check them before you use them. Your applications and messages are between you and the company.
Paid plans, cancellation and refunds
Pro ($100 a month) and Group ($100 a month for each profession, 2 to 10 professions), prices before tax, are subscriptions sold through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe and Link act as the seller of record, charge your card, add the VAT or sales tax of your country on top of the price (shown at checkout before you pay) and send your receipts. Your statement shows LINK.COM. A plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. In Group you can change the number of professions at any time; Stripe adds or credits the difference for the rest of the period on your next invoice.
You can cancel any time in Account settings (Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; we don't charge again after you cancel.
Refunds: if something went wrong with a payment, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will look at it.
Referrals (Invite friends)
You can share your personal invite link. A friend counts when they create a new Joboz account through your link within 30 days, pay for Pro or Group, and the payment is not refunded or disputed (chargeback) within 14 days. Your own other accounts, the same email (also with a +alias), the same card or the same Stripe customer don't count, and a friend can be counted only once.
For each friend who counts you get 10% off your subscription, up to Pro for free from 3 friends. In Group the discount is on one profession. The discount lasts while your friends keep paying: if a friend stops, it goes down from your next payment. It has no cash value. On Free, the discount is used on your first payment.
Share your link only with people who want it: no spam, no paid ads on our name, no fake accounts. We may not count, or remove, rewards that break these rules.
Job postings
Postings come from other websites and change all the time. A job may already be closed, or its details may be wrong. We don't guarantee that any posting is current, accurate or real, or that you will get a reply or a job.
What is not allowed
- automated access, scraping or bulk downloading of Joboz;
- using Joboz to send spam or mass email to companies;
- false information, or pretending to be someone else;
- trying to break into accounts, get around limits or harm the service;
- anything illegal.
Blocking an account
We may limit or block an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
As is
Joboz is provided as is. It may sometimes be unavailable, slow or wrong, and features may change or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using Joboz or from relying on the postings in it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown below. If you keep using Joboz after a change, you accept the new terms.
